GCEP supplies and installs a full range of edge protection systems, each engineered for a different roof type or site condition. Every system is fascia-friendly, compliant with AS/NZS 4994, and installed by our own trained team — not subcontracted out.

Fascia Friendly Domestic Pole-Up System
Our most popular residential system. Poles clamp directly to the fascia without penetrating it, meaning no screw holes to patch once the job’s done. Ideal for standard residential re-roofs and repairs where protecting the existing fascia and guttering matters.
Curved I-Beam System
Purpose-built for roofs with curved rooflines or barrel-vault profiles, where standard straight-run guardrail won’t follow the roof shape. The curved I-beam allows continuous edge protection around bends without gaps in coverage.
Sub-Level System
Designed for sites where the roof edge sits below an adjoining structure or ground level — common on split-level homes, tiered commercial buildings, and sites with varying elevation. Provides continuous fall protection even where the drop height changes across the site.
Fascia Purlin System
An alternative fixing method for roofs where fascia clamping isn’t suitable — the system attaches to the roof purlins instead. Common on metal roof structures, sheds, and commercial buildings with exposed purlin lines.
I-Beam System
Our standard straight-run guardrail system for commercial and larger residential roofs. Fast to install and remove, making it well suited to projects with tight timelines or multiple roof sections.
On-Roof Safety System
A mobile, on-roof mounted system that doesn’t rely on fascia or purlin fixing points at all — useful on roofs where traditional clamping isn’t an option, or where the edge protection needs to be repositioned as work progresses across the roof.
Parapet Clamp System
Built for flat commercial and industrial roofs with a parapet wall. The clamp system fixes directly to the parapet, providing compliant edge protection without penetrating the roof membrane — important for maintaining warranty on commercial roofing systems.
Shed Wall System
Engineered for large-span sheds and warehouse roofs, where standard domestic systems aren’t rated for the scale or wind loading involved. Suited to industrial and commercial shed re-roofing and maintenance projects.
